WHAT PART OF EASTERFEST IS FREE?

You will need a 3-day or single day pass to experience Easterfest in Queen's Park.  This includes access to all food outlets, exhibition areas, the cafe stage and superstore.  The only exceptions to this are the free church services on Sunday 9am in the Big Top and Sunday 6pm at the Mainstage.  Click here for more information.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The official stuff!

1. Changes to your personal circumstances do not entitle you to a refund or exchange of your ticket(s) BUT you may legally sell your ticket to someone else.
2. Easterfest maintains a no-refund policy. This policy includes the following scenarios:
   • If your ticket has been lost or stolen (so keep it safe!)
   • If you choose not to attend the event
   • If you are unable to attend the event due to illness
   • If your ticket has been dishonestly duplicated or altered
   • If Easterfest 2010 does not meet your expectations
   • If the event or any part of it is cancelled due to adverse weather
   • If there are any changes to the advertised program
3. Easterfest reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who produces a ticket that has been dishonestly duplicated or altered.
4. Easterfest reserves the right to:
   • add, withdraw or substitute artists and attractions
   • vary advertised programs, seating arrangements and audience capacity and
   • refuse admission with reasonable cause without notice.
5. Alcohol and illegal drugs are not permitted at Easterfest venues or within the confines of the Easterfest site.
6. If any part of the Easterfest is cancelled due to adverse weather or for any other reasonable cause beyond Easterfest's control, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged and Easterfest is not obliged to arrange a substitute service, event or performance.
7. Unfortunately if you lose this e-ticket or forget to bring it to Easterfest you will need to purchase a new ticket at the box office, subject to availability.
8. Easterfest may record the festival with photographs, audio and video. By attending Easterfest you agree to be included in any photographs, audio or video. We retain the right to use this material for future promotional purposes.
9. Animals are not permitted at the venue so you'll have to tell Fifi and Spot what they missed when you get home!
10. The Easterfest site is a no smoking site, including all venues, eating and drinking areas and the Queen’s Park camp site. If you do wish to smoke you will be asked to leave the fenced perimeter.

12. When you arrive at Easterfest your e-ticket will be exchanged for an armband. Armbands are not transferable and must be worn at all times.
13. Broken armbands will be replaced at the Information desk inside the Grand Central Entry Pavilion at a cost of $5 each. But remember, your armband is your entry ticket. Losing your ticket doesn't entitle you to a refund or replacement. No old armband = no new armband.
14. If you purchase a family ticket, all members of your family must be at the Box Office exchange area together when you present your ticket for armband exchange.
